Use the included wrench to rotate the bolt at the end of the treadmill to make the running belt appropriately tight. After the adjustment is completed, first observe whether the belt runs smoothly without load, and then start exercising. 🏃♂️

🏃♀️ TIPS: If there are wrinkles or gaps between the running belt and the running board, the running belt is loose and still needs to be tightened.
